Our membership is made up of individuals who bring unique perspectives and approaches. I will actively encourage input from members and volunteers across all backgrounds and seniorities, because the best solutions come when we respect and value diverse voices.

A Culture of Feedback and Collaboration

No leader has all the answers. That’s why your feedback is critical. I will build open channels for member input so you can share ideas, raise concerns, and propose solutions. Both positive and critical feedback will be welcomed, because growth only happens when we listen and learn from one another.

Using Technology to Connect and Improve

New digital platforms and tools can make communication easier and help us stay organized and respond faster. In essence, technology can help us work smarter, not harder. I will embrace secure and effective innovations that support members, improve transparency, and make participation in our Union more accessible.
