How We’ll Make It Happen
Advocacy as the #1 Priority
The most important work of this office is to advocate for C21 members’ issues day in and day out. That means ensuring no violation of our agreement goes unanswered and that management is held accountable.
Enforcing the Agreement Without Delay
Because of the company’s timeliness in addressing Notices of Dispute, members can wait months or even years for resolution to grievances. That is unacceptable. I am committed to pushing for timely enforcement of our agreement, so Flight Attendants are not left waiting in limbo for justice. Swift action and consistent follow-up will be at the heart of our grievance strategy.
Fairness, Equality & Equity for All Members
Every Flight Attendant deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, whether you’re a Reserve or Lineholder, a new hire or you’ve been flying for 30 years. I will ensure that our work as a Council reflects the principles of fairness, equality, and equity, with no exceptions and no one left behind.
Transparency & Accessibility
Accountability starts with transparency. From grievance handling to committee work to Local Executive Council decisions, members deserve clear communication about what is happening on their behalf. As your President, I will be accessible and responsive, whether by email, phone, or in person, because open communication builds trust, and trust builds power.
